Machine Shop

OPEL provides total machining solutions including sourcing of raw materials such as castings, forgings and fabrication for customers across industries such as construction equipment, earth moving machinery, automobile, defence, marine, infrastructure, transmission, compressor, tractor textiles machinery, wind energy, railway, special valves, mineral processing and petrochemical. Around 100+ CNC Machining centers in combination of HMC, HBM, VTL, VTC & HTC

Fabrications

Medium & Heavy Fabrication – Equipped with 3D Laser cutting – Robotic Welding – Rolling-Bending – All kinds of Welding – Forming – EN Certified.

CMM Facility

OPEL ensures precision and quality assurance through advanced Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM) inspection. Our state of the art CMM technology enables high-accuracy measurements, ensuring that every component meets the most stringent industry standards.

Aluminium Casting

We are aligned with renowned aluminum foundries having GDC / Sand Castings / LPDC / HPDC manufacturing line, over the last 25 years, products are qualified by our corporate Quality Team consists of domain experts
